Border Patrol Union Endorses Trump, Says Country Is ‘Going to Hell’

Kamala Harris wants to paint herself as a bastion of law and order, but Border Patrol knows this is far from the truth. They live the consequences of her leadership everyday.

At an Arizona rally this week, the Border Patrol union delivered a resounding message, unanimously endorsing Donald Trump onstage, in stark contrast to the ineffective handling of illegal immigration by Kamala Harris. Harris, scrambling to bolster her beleaguered image on the issue, made a rare appearance at the southern border late last month—only her second in nearly four years. But this gesture is too little, too late, as Trump’s campaign poignantly ties her to the Biden administration’s disastrously lenient border policies.

National Border Patrol Council president Paul Perez didn’t mince words in Prescott Valley, Ariz., declaring, “If we allow border czar Harris to win this election, every city, every community in this great country, is going to go to hell.” He detailed the dire consequences of Harris’ policies—untold millions of unvetted individuals pouring into the U.S., committing heinous crimes from murders to robberies, which continue to jeopardize our national security.

Kamala Harris might like to style herself as a paragon of law and order, harking back to her days as Attorney General of California, but her record tells a starkly different story. Far from maintaining order, her endorsement of radical agendas like defunding the police and bailing out violent protesters showcases her true stance. Nowhere is her disregard for law and order more evident than at our nation’s borders. It’s no shock that the Border Patrol union has thrown its unwavering support behind Trump. The Biden-Harris administration has left our border agents overwhelmed and in perilous conditions, a direct consequence of their policies. Remember the chaos earlier this year when over 100 migrants violently stormed a barrier in Texas? This administration’s failures are undeniable.

At his rally, Trump laid out a robust plan to fortify our border security, proposing the hiring of 10,000 new Border Patrol agents and advocating for a 10 percent salary increase for all agents. His plan includes a $10,000 retention and signing bonus, finally recognizing the tough, often thankless job these agents perform—a long-overdue acknowledgment. If implemented, this would significantly bolster our border defenses. It’s not merely about erecting physical barriers; it’s about valuing and supporting our border agents as well.

The Biden-Harris administration’s continuous failure to secure our border, coupled with their resistance to reinstating effective Trump-era policies, illustrates a perilous disregard for national security and the rule of law. The contrast is stark: we require a leader who prioritizes American safety and sovereignty, not one who caters to illegal aliens over our own citizens. The Border Patrol’s endorsement is telling—they are thoroughly disillusioned. This upcoming election represents a critical juncture to rectify our course and ensure that our borders are not merely lines on a map, but effective barriers against chaos and disorder.
