Report Finds Chinese Espionage Flourished under Biden-Harris Admin

A House report has found that under the Biden-Harris administration, China's insidious infiltration of America not only continued, but thrived.

Under the lackluster oversight of the Biden-Harris administration, America is facing a stark and rising tide of threats from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), as detailed in a recent report by the House Committee on Homeland Security’s Subcommittee on Counterterrorism, Law Enforcement, and Intelligence. This report, dubbed the “China Threat Snapshot,” outlines a disturbing increase in espionage, illegal immigration, and other illicit activities linked directly to the CCP’s aggressive strategies.

According to this revealing snapshot, from February 2021 to August 2024, there have been 59 criminal cases across 20 U.S. states involving a variety of allegations from bribery and hacking to the outright theft of trade secrets—actions that clearly benefit Beijing’s strategic interests. Representative Mark Green of Tennessee has rightly called out the CCP’s actions, highlighting the regime’s relentless campaign to “spy, intimidate, and harass not only defectors but even American citizens.”

Take, for instance, the case of Chenguang Gong, a Chinese national charged with the theft of trade secrets in California. Allegedly, Gong transferred sensitive files designed for nuclear missile detection among other critical technologies—a stark reminder of the lengths to which China will go to undermine our national security.

Dangerous Biden-Harris Policies Have Allowed the CCP to Infiltrate America

But it’s not just espionage. The surge in illegal immigration from China under this administration is equally alarming. With over 36,000 Chinese nationals apprehended at our Southwest border in FY24 alone, this represents a staggering increase and underscores a grave oversight in our national security protocols. The Biden administration‘s approach—simplifying vetting processes for Chinese immigrants—is inexplicably reckless, reducing crucial interview questions from 40 to a mere five.

What’s particularly egregious is how the liberal media and the Democrats have been complicit in downplaying these threats. They are quick to tout any data that supports their narrative against former President Trump, yet they remain silent on the damning evidence of the CCP‘s infiltration and the Biden administration’s inadequate response. This isn’t just about policy differences; it’s about the survival of our sovereignty and the safety of our citizens. The woke mainstream media’s failure to treat China’s escalating threat as a newsworthy issue, especially with the election looming, is deeply troubling. They’re more preoccupied with attacking Trump than reporting on issues that truly impact Americans.

As these events unfold, it’s imperative that we recognize this not as isolated incidents but as part of a concerted effort by a hostile foreign power to destabilize our nation. China‘s actions are an outright assault on our way of life, exploiting our freedoms and our open society. It’s high time for a robust and resolute response, not the weak-kneed appeasement we’ve seen from the Biden-Harris administration. America needs leaders who will stand firm against such threats, ensuring our security and preserving our values, not those who capitulate to the whims of a tyrannical regime.
