Recently, it has come to light that Hunter Biden paid for an international phone line from 2015 to 2018, with records showing a connection to President Joe Biden. These years coincide with the Biden family’s dealings with the CEFC China Energy Company, a controversial matter that has attracted significant attention.
House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer has alleged that President Joe Biden received two checks, which were classified as “loan repayments,” from his brother, totaling $240,000 from 2017 to 2018. These transactions have led to accusations from Comer and other lawmakers that the Biden family may be involved in financial improprieties, including money laundering.
Emails retrieved from Hunter Biden’s “Laptop from Hell” reveal that he received nine messages from AT&T regarding a phone number ending in 3535. These emails span a three-year period and are linked to Joe Biden. The international phone calls related to this number were highlighted in an AT&T email sent to Hunter’s business account on February 18, 2018. The message stated that Hunter Biden had exceeded $300.00 in international data overage charges and that his data service might be interrupted if usage continued.
In an email exchange on August 31, 2018, Hunter Biden confirmed to an associate that the phone number in question belonged to his father, Joe Biden. The email was sent to Joe Biden’s email address under the alias “Robin Ware.” It read, “Please have them call my dad 3535 regarding getting to the North Shores house, apologize profusely for me. I thought Hallie was joking – seriously that she wasn’t going to help. I’m in CA.”
Peter Schweizer, President of the Government Accountability Institute, revealed that he had conveyed the phone number connected to Joe Biden to the House Oversight Committee and confirmed that Hunter Biden had paid for the number. He emphasized that this phone is not a government phone or Joe Biden’s private phone but one paid for by Hunter Biden’s business. Schweizer highlighted the importance of investigating the line of communication between Hunter Biden, his business associates, and Joe Biden during Joe’s tenure as Vice President of the United States.
Devon Archer, Hunter Biden’s close friend in business, reportedly informed House investigators that Hunter Biden had engaged in more than 20 conference calls with business associates, including Joe Biden, to promote their business interests.
As these revelations have surfaced, questions have emerged about the nature of the communication and dealings within the Biden family, especially during Joe Biden’s time as Vice President. The House Oversight Committee has not yet issued subpoenas for President Biden’s phone records.
