Former U.S. Prosecutor Affirms Credibility of $10M Biden Bribe Claims

Scott Brady contradicts Democrats, says $10 million Biden bribe allegations were credible.

Former Pittsburgh U.S. Attorney Scott Brady recently testified before the House Judiciary Committee, revealing that an FD-1023 file alleging a $10 million bribe involving Hunter Biden and President Joe Biden was credible and warranted investigation in 2020. However, Brady claimed that the FBI was hesitant to investigate, contrary to Democrat claims that the FD-1023 file was not credible and that the investigation was shut down. This testimony is in line with Senator Chuck Grassley’s speculation that the FBI had more than 40 confidential sources with “criminal information” on the Bidens.

Brady, who previously investigated Hunter Biden’s dealings with the Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings, stated that his team corroborated the FBI informant’s allegations of the Biden bribes. He believed these allegations merited further investigation by three U.S. Attorney’s offices in Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Delaware. Grassley released the FD-1023 file in July, which alleged that Mykola Zlochevsky, the founder of Burisma Holdings, paid Joe and Hunter Biden after Joe Biden, then the Vice President, withheld aid to Ukraine until the Ukrainian President fired a prosecutor investigating Burisma.

The most significant revelation in Brady’s testimony is that it contradicts the claims made by House Oversight Ranking Member Jamie Raskin. Raskin had asserted that the FD-1023 form was not credible and that the U.S. Attorney’s office in Pittsburgh terminated the probe. However, Brady stated that this was not true and that Raskin was playing fast and loose with the facts.

Brady’s testimony also brings into question the actions of Special Counsel David Weiss, who has been investigating Hunter Biden for five years. Brady noted that his communication with Weiss was problematic. Additionally, Assistant U.S. Attorney Lesley Wolf was aware of the FD-1023 form, but IRS agents working the case with the Justice Department were not informed about it. This lack of communication was surprising to Brady, as it’s essential for the investigative team to be aware of all relevant information.

In a broader context, the testimony suggests a lack of cooperation and communication within the Justice Department regarding the investigation into Hunter Biden. IRS whistleblowers had previously alleged that Wolf prevented investigators from asking questions about Joe Biden’s involvement. Furthermore, the Department of Justice (DOJ) had allegedly hindered Weiss from pursuing stronger charges against Hunter Biden.

One astonishing revelation from Brady’s testimony was his lack of awareness regarding Hunter Biden’s laptop, which gained notoriety as the “laptop from hell.” He was surprised when the New York Post broke the story about the laptop’s existence. Brady mentioned that the FBI should have informed him about the laptop’s existence when he asked the Bureau to search its internal databases for information related to Burisma and Hunter Biden.

In summary, Scott Brady’s testimony before the House Judiciary Committee contradicts Democrat claims about the credibility of the FD-1023 file and the investigation into Hunter and Joe Biden. The lack of cooperation and communication within the Justice Department regarding this investigation raises concerns about the impartiality and transparency of the process. Brady’s testimony adds fuel to the ongoing controversy surrounding the Bidens’ business dealings and allegations of bribery.
