Education Advisor of Gov. Josh Shapiro Promotes Racial Segregation

Advisor to Democratic Gov. Josh Shapiro, Sharif El-Mekki has millions at his disposal to push his radical ideology that Black children should have separate schooling.

In a shocking exhibition that starkly showcases just how deeply the Democrats have plunged into the abyss of woke madness, Sharif El-Mekki, an adviser to Democratic Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro, heads a nonprofit pushing what is effectively a new segregation. His organization, the Center for Black Educator Development (CBED), advocates for racially exclusive classrooms, promoting an environment where “all Black students are taught by high-quality, same-race teachers.” This flies in the face of the progress made over decades in America, a nation that has strived to eliminate the barriers of segregation.

Founded in 2019 and flush with nearly $20 million from left-leaning entities like the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, El-Mekki’s group teaches thousands to engage in what they call “education activism.” This activism isn’t about elevating standards or inclusivity; it’s about instilling a divisive, racially charged narrative that labels every educational effort as a battle against an “inherently racist” system.

Imagine the uproar if someone proposed all-White classrooms in the name of cultural purity. The hypocrisy is glaring. Democrats, who claim to champion diversity and progress, support initiatives that segregate under the guise of empowerment. It’s segregation repackaged with modern, politically correct jargon, and it’s just as destructive as the old variety.

El-Mekki, who boasts a substantial salary of $233,410 from this venture, isn’t just a fringe activist but a well-connected figure with significant influence in educational policy. His radical leanings aren’t hidden; they’re proudly displayed, stemming from a deep-rooted history with the Black Panther Party and an upbringing in Iran, where he was likely indoctrinated with ideas far removed from American values of equality and integration.

Under Democratic Leadership, Schools Become Indoctrination Centers of Radical Ideology

The real tragedy here is the impact on students. Instead of being taught to view each other as equals, children are being schooled in division. El-Mekki’s programs, spread across several states, promote an “us versus them” mentality that is profoundly at odds with the real tenets of American values.

What’s happening with the help of Democratic leaders like Governor Josh Shapiro is not progressive; it’s a regressive, dangerous slide back to a darker time in our history. It’s not just an academic concern but a stark manifestation of the broader anti-American sentiment that’s festering under Democratic oversight. If unchecked, these ideologies will erode the very foundations of our society, turning schools from places of learning into battlegrounds for racial conflict.

Americans must wake up and demand that our educational institutions remain places of learning and growth, not indoctrination camps for radical ideologies. Leaders like El-Mekki, who exploit their positions to spread division, have no place in shaping the minds of the next generation. It’s time for common sense, unity, and true educational equity to retake the reins in our schools.
