Big Spender Biden Drops More Taxpayer Money on DEI Projects

Americans are fed up with Biden spending their hard-earned dollars on DEI initiatives that are as nonsensical as they are extravagant.

In a move that’s as bewildering as it is wasteful, the Biden administration and the National Science Foundation (NSF), the very agency charged with propelling America’s scientific endeavors forward, have decided to splash over a million of hard-earned taxpayer dollars on what can only be described as fringe pursuits. The NSF’s latest endeavor involves delving into the realms of “Latina resistance” and “intraminority solidarity” as a part of its DEI agenda.

Let’s break this down: nearly half a million is being funneled into a three-year jaunt at Loyola University Maryland to study “Latinas resistance behaviors in engineering programs at predominantly White institutions.” Another hefty sum exceeding half a million is directed to the University of Washington to explore “how different framings of racism influence Asian Americans’ intraminority solidarity with Black Americans.” According to the NSF, these projects are “worthy of support,” a stance that flies in the face of common sense and mocks the real scientific challenges our nation faces.

What’s truly perplexing is the underlying assumption that our educational and scientific institutions are hotbeds of “oppressive racist and sexist structures.” It’s a narrative that’s not only divisive but thoroughly detached from the reality of modern America, where opportunities abound for those willing to pursue them. This misplaced focus on manufacturing grievances does nothing to advance the cause of science; instead, it serves only to further politicize spaces that should remain dedicated to the pursuit of knowledge and innovation.

Americans are fed up with the Biden administration frittering away their hard-earned dollars on DEI initiatives that are as nonsensical as they are extravagant. But let’s not kid ourselves; this isn’t just a one-off blunder. This administration is also splurging hundreds of thousands of dollars on studies investigating the impact of racism on kidney disease. It’s like they’re tossing our money into a bottomless pit of woke absurdity. The real issues that affect Americans daily are sidelined.

As we approach the next election, it’s crucial that we choose a leader committed to using our resources wisely, prioritizing the advancement of science and technology over ideological experiments. It’s high time we returned to our roots, focusing on real progress and innovation, and leaving the divisive politics of DEI behind.
