Illegal Immigrants Use Squatter’s Rights to Invade American Homes

The illegal invasion marches on. Now, migrants are seizing American homes as their own through controversial squatter's rights.

The Venezuelan migrant Leonel Moreno has recently gone viral on TikTok declaring to his followers that illegal immigrants should utilize American squatter’s rights to seize empty houses as their own. Moreno, speaking Spanish, boldly proclaims: “I’ve come across a law stating if a house sits empty, we’re entitled to claim it.” Citing the contentious “squatter’s rights” that differ across the states. Moreno’s video spotlights a harrowing new frontier in the illegal invasion of America.

He alleges connections with other migrants who’ve already commandeered homes, boasting, “My African buddies have snagged around seven houses already.” Squatting, the act of illegally occupying an unoccupied property or breaking a rental agreement to take possession, finds unsettling protection under various local legislations. This legal anomaly creates a terrifying reality for American homeowners, embodying a profound failure of our society to uphold the sanctity of property rights.

This narrative Moreno pushes, portraying squatting as a viable escape from homelessness and reliance on public aid, is nothing short of a frontal assault on the integrity and security of American property rights. It’s a glaring symptom of a broader issue where the rights of illegal immigrants are seemingly trumping those of citizens, spiraling into what can only be described as a Marxist erosion of property values.

American Liberty and Prosperity Are at Risk

Illegal immigrants who seek to exploit these legal loopholes for personal gain challenge the foundational principles upon which the American dream is built. It raises an alarm over the ease with which the fabric of our community can be unraveled by those who disregard the laws and norms that bind us together.

More profoundly, this issue transcends the mere act of squatting. It is emblematic of a larger crisis—the illegal invasion that threatens to undermine the very essence of American sovereignty and security. As Moreno’s message gains traction, it serves as a stark reminder of the urgency with which we must address these breaches of our national and individual security.

Property ownership, a cornerstone of American liberty and prosperity, is now at the mercy of those who view our nation’s generosity and openness as vulnerabilities to be exploited. This situation demands more than passive observation; it calls for a robust response to safeguard the rights and properties of American citizens. It’s a wake-up call for lawmakers and citizens alike to fortify the protections around American property rights and reassert the primacy of law and order in our society.
