Trump Evidence Likely Tampered With By Federal Agencies

The special counsel's office admitted that it had lost track of key evidence for nearly a year—documents it accuses Trump of mishandling.

This story takes “get Trump by any means necessary” to an entirely new level. On May 7, a Florida judge, Aileen Cannon, delayed former President Donald Trump’s trial concerning classified documents following new revelations potentially implicating federal employees in tampering with evidence. These revelations suggest that classified documents may have been planted to incriminate Trump. This trial delay sheds light on what appears to be a recurring theme: attempts to undermine Trump using manipulated legal processes.

This isn’t the first rodeo where Trump has been the target of what looks increasingly like politically motivated legal harassment. Time and again, we’ve seen questionable legal maneuvers where the normal standards of justice seem to bend and twist around Trump, aiming to trip him up by any means necessary. This latest episode—where vital evidence concerning the whereabouts and handling of classified documents has been mishandled or misrepresented by the FBI—smacks of desperation and deceit by federal operatives.

What’s particularly galling here is the brazenness of it all. The special counsel’s office admitted, buried in a Friday news dump, that it had lost track of key documents for nearly a year—documents it accuses Trump of mishandling. This isn’t just sloppy; it’s suspicious. How convenient that the mishandling comes to light just when it’s most advantageous to those prosecuting Trump. And it’s not lost on anyone paying attention that these admissions come when the documents, and their supposed secure handling, are central to the integrity of the case against him.

The implications are severe—not just for Trump but for the rule of law. If the documents central to proving Trump’s alleged mishandling were themselves mishandled, how can this case possibly proceed in good faith? This scenario could well see the case thrown out, and rightly so. It also raises serious questions about the professional ethics of those involved. If federal lawyers and employees have indeed manipulated evidence, they should face severe repercussions.

Moreover, the timing and handling of this information reek of a broader attempt to weaponize the justice system against a political figure who remains the Democrats‘ most formidable opponent. This is about more than just classified documents; it’s about trying to kneecap Trump politically when other methods have failed. The situation calls for a rigorous and transparent investigation into how these documents were handled and who had access to them. The American people deserve a judicial system that operates above the fray of political gamesmanship.
