AOC Denies RICO Is a Crime During Biden Family Hearing

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC) argues semantics of RICO during Biden crime family hearing, exposing the left's hypocrisy.

The spectacle in Congress with Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC) trying to corner Tony Bobulinski over the alleged crimes of President Joe Biden was, frankly, theater of the absurd. AOC, with all the finesse of a bulldozer, demanded to know “exactly” what crimes Biden had committed. Yet, just as Bobulinski began to unravel the complex web of financial corruption and RICO violations entangling Biden and his son Hunter, AOC effectively turned a deaf ear, embodying a stance of willful ignorance rather than engaging with the substantive allegations at hand.

What unfolded was a vivid illustration of the hypocrisy that’s come to define the Democratic Party. Here we have AOC, trying to argue semantics over whether RICO—a statute specifically designed to combat organized crime and corruption—is a “crime” or a “category.” It’s a distraction, a way to sidestep the mountain of evidence suggesting that, yes, there’s a deep rot in the Biden crime family‘s dealings. And all this while Donald Trump faces a RICO case in Georgia, accused over actions far less convoluted than the Bidens’ international financial web.

AOC’s desperate attempt to reclaim her time and scold Republicans for daring to question Biden’s integrity would be laughable if it weren’t so tragic. It’s a classic case of “do as I say, not as I do,” with Democrats apparently believing they’re immune to the laws. The irony of AOC accusing Republicans of wandering “lost in the desert” for 15 months without proof against Biden, as Trump is dragged through a legal quagmire on flimsy pretenses, seems lost on her.

Many have called out AOC’s blunder on RICO, underscoring the absurdity of denying its relevance as a crime. Yet, amid the social media back-and-forth, the real issue remains. The allegations against the Biden crime family point to a pattern of leveraging power for profit, with potentially grave implications for national security and the integrity of American democracy.

A vast majority of Americans feel the country is headed in the wrong direction. The refusal to address the rot at our political system’s core only deepens the divide and mistrust among the populace. Our nation’s security is at risk and the very principles upon which our country was built. If we continue to let blatant hypocrisy and double standards dictate our political discourse, we’re all but handing the keys of democracy over to China and the left. It’s high time we demand accountability and transparency, not just in words but in action. The future of our nation depends on it.
